Holy Moly, maybe it wasn't so big!

My man is unbelievable.

 

He has found someone who believes they can fix the TV for less than 1/2 the cost of replacing it.  Since the TV is only 6 months old, that's a pretty damned good deal.

 

It will be dropped off later on.

 

Whew!
